Our holiday house is newly renovated in traditional Cycladic style: whitewashed, with stone details, wooden ceilings and decorated with old artefacts. It has all the modern facilities and comfort you need, and together with the calm and unique atmosphere, it’s all you need for a relaxing holiday.

The house contains two bedrooms with wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a sofa/canapé that can turn into two single beds and a writing desk. A living room with TV, a spacious sofa and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishing machine, coffee machine, and more. The big veranda has a sitting area with shade and fantastic panoramic views over the bay of Aegiali and the Aegean Sea.

Payment Policy

A reservation is considered valid only after a deposit has been received 5 days after the agreement (30% of the total sum) and after a copy of the deposit has been sent to us via e-mail.
The remaining amount (after you paid the prepayment) is to be paid in cash, by credit card or bank transfer, the latest before check-out. If you prefer you can pay the total amount in advance to our account, but then please notify us.
Environment fee 1.50€/night is not included.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is made 21 days or more before the date of arrival, the total amount of the deposit is returned.
If the cancellation takes place 14–20 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the advance is returned.
In case the cancellation of the reservation is made 13 days or less from the date of arrival, the deposit is not returned. Any transfer expenses are paid by the client-visitor.
If the guests do not stay for the entire period booked, they will be charged 50% of the cost for the unused period.

Minimum stay 1 week. Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen once a week.
